Everyone who intends on living in the apartment home who is 18 years of age or older needs an application.

  • Total household, monthly income must be at least 3x the offered monthly rent. If income qualifications cannot be met, a qualified guarantor is acceptable.
  • Credit history will be verified by a third-party verification service. A complete credit history from a credit bureau is required. Income plus verified credit history will be entered into a scoring model to determine rental eligibility and security deposit levels.
  • Applicants with negative rental history may be declined.

All of our apartments are available for affordable housing. Please connect with the leasing office for more specific information or questions.

  • One Time Pet Fee: $200 for the first pet, and $100 for an additional pet.
  • Amenity Fee: $50
  • Administrative Fee: $225
  • Pest Control Fee: $5
  • Parking: No Charge.

Publix is the closest grocery store and is a short 5-minute walk.

We are in the Chesterfield County school district: Greenfield Elementary School, Robious Middle School, and James River High School.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Mellow Mushroom, 123 Dzo Sports Bar & Pho, and Tazza Kitchen.

The closest bus stop is located 1.3 miles on Midlothian Turnpike in front of Chesterfield Towne Center Mall.

The nearest park is Huguenot Park located less than one mile from the community.

Starbucks is located in the Publix Super Market at Huguenot Village and 7 Brew Coffee is located at the intersection of Huguenot Road and Midlothian Turnpike.

There is no cost for parking.

Guests can park in any available parking spot. There is no assigned parking or associated fee.

We do not offer extra space storage.

 The deposit ranges from $500 or equal to one month’s rent.

The Admin fee is $225 due at the time of move-in.
